Why We Built Forge Momentum
We spent years watching well-run companies stall at the same point: they knew AI could transform their operations, had seen the demos, and maybe even hired someone to "do AI." Nothing ran in production. The gap between knowing and doing was everywhere.
Consultants handed over reports and invoiced regardless of outcome. Agencies ran pilots that never scaled. Software tools required capabilities the team did not have. Nothing was designed for the reality of a $5M to $30M company trying to operationalize AI without a 10-person engineering team.
